Black plums "Wu Mei" is one of my favorite snacks they are sweet and I just really enjoy the taste. Wu Mei is good for the liver and can aid with digestion it helps relieve cough and phlegm. I would definitely recommend these dried plums they are great quality and wonderful to snack on too. Fu Heng Herbs is a excellent company with awesome customer service and fast shipping.
