Ligusticum root "Gao Ben" is so wonderful I use Gao Ben in different soups and stews I just love the taste ( taste like celery ). Ligusticum root is good for headaches, chest congestion and for the heart. This is a must have for every kitchen and medicine cabinet. Fu Heng Herbs is an excellent company and they have excellent quality products. I would highly recommend.
