I ordered Yi Yi Ren ( coix seed) to use in some different soups , stews they can be used in savory or sweet dishes. The health value of Coix seed it has antimicrobial, antiviral, antitoxin, wound healing, diuretic, immunomodulatory, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties. This is a great quality coix seed and I would highly recommend this product.
